During our topic on Fairgrounds, the children learnt about how forces are used within fairground rides, specifically gravity, centrifugal force, friction and water resistance. They also found out about how light and sound influence our experiences at the fairground. We were fortunate enough to visit Bridgwater fair during our topic. Solids, Liquids and Gases
We have also been learning about the properties of solids, liquids and gases in Science. As part of our work we learnt how to use a thermometer to measure temperature.
