On Thursday 12th July the school hall was packed with parents and friends who had come to enjoy an afternoon of entertainment. Each class performed in turn from the youngest children who showed their pictures about the summer and recited poems they had learnt to the oldest children who performed their version of MacBeth complete with a dramatic musical accompaniment.
All the children in Key Stage 2 attend recorder clubs throughout the year and each performed several pieces during the afternoon. The standard of playing was commented on as being most impressive .
A MOST ENTERTAINING AFTERNOON!
