We were delighted to win 2nd prize, and £100 for the school, when we participated in the Bridgwater carnival mask competition. A number of children from Class 5 volunteered to work on the mask throughout their lunch breaks and created this fantastic mask. The theme was 'A Wonderful World.' The children brainstormed ideas about how this theme could be portrayed, created a collaborative design and then worked hard over a number of weeks to produce their final piece. Well done to everyone involved.
