ISLE OF WIGHT RESIDENTIAL VISIT 2007

On Monday 26th April all of the children in years 5 and 6 set off for the Isle of Wight accompanied by Mrs.Pike, Mrs.Wood, Mrs.Hake,Mrs.Biffen and Mrs.Bell.For many of the children it was their first time away from home on their own. As we began our coach journey to Portsmouth to catch the ferry some of the children were feeling nervous as well as excited .

The overall trip was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by staff and pupils alike. Each day two places of interest were visited and activities were organised for each evening. There was no time for the children to miss their families after all!!

There are plenty of photographs for you to browse of the places we visited and activities we did in the evenings. The talent show on Tuesday evening was one of the highlights of the week. The standard of all of the acts was high and thoroughly enjoyed by the children, staff and coach driver.
