Mr MacRae announced in assembly last week that he is having a tunnel dug from his office to his classroom so that when he moves between the two buildings he doesn`t get wet in the rain.
I assume this means that a decrease in the speed of his personal movement will result in an increase in the speed of his internet connection.....??
Obviously the two are inversely proportional.
