Cricket Tournaments 2007
Three teams from Enmore entered these competitions which took place during June this year:
- Under 11 mixed:Esme Newman, William Shute, Henry Coate, Tom Martin, Ben Coombes and Oliver Whiterod.
- Under 11 girls: Lucy White, Bethany Kilbey, Abi Porter, Kym Humphreys, Abigail Collard and Hannah Churchill.
- Under 10 Boys: Harry Nolan, Jack Dray, Sam Webb, George Konstam, Charlie Dean and Keir Newman.
These events took place at Huntspill Cricket Club at West Huntspill. It was the first time that our teams had played this year; they all played with great determination and enthusiasm. The Under 11 mixed team got defeated in the semi-final of the plate competition and the girls team made it all the way to the final, where they were beaten by 9 runs!
