We recently took a trip out to the Rural Life Museum in Glastobury and had a great time.
Class two have had a really interesting start to the year
In Maths we have been learning all about time. How many times do you think you can bounce a ball in one minute? Hop?
In History we have been studying the life and works of Louis Braille. Mr Parsons from the Somerset Association for the Blind came to visit us. He showed us how a Braille Machine Works.
In our RE lessons we have been finding out about `Diwali`. We made some Rangoli patterns using rice and beans and some Diva Lamps using clay and candles.
Now we are investigating Chinese New Year and next week we will be attempting to eat rice and noodles with chopsticks!!!
In our Art lessons we used a digital camera to take `unusual photos`. Can you guess what they are?
Finally, we have a lovely new `Role Play` area in the classroom which we are really enjoying using.
